MEET THE STAFF

Veterinarians

Our Veterinarians have attended 4 years of pre-vet and 4 years of veterinary school. They then became licensed to practice in the State of Maine. Several continuing education classes are attended yearly in order to remain updated. All veterinarians rotate daily from surgery to office calls, treatments and radiology to ensure a level of skill and experience in each department that you can depend on.

Practice Manager

Our Practice Manager has over 20 years experience in the veterinary field. Excellent client service is of the utmost importance to us. Our Practice Manager's goal is to make sure that you and your pets are receiving the best possible care. She invites you to contact her with any ideas or suggestions you may have on how we can serve you even better.

Bookkeeper

Our bookkeeper has been a long outstanding employee that has been with us for more than 25 years. Her dedication and loyalty makes her admirable to all of us.

Licensed Technicians/Veterinary Assistants

All of our licensed veterinary technicians have attended accredited colleges and obtained either an associate or a bachelor degree in different aspects of animal sciences. They have then passed a national examination, enabling them to obtain their licenses. Only through experience and knowledge are they able to acquire this certification.

Veterinary assistants are the extra hands that help the veterinarians and technicians. Our assistants are experienced in taking radiographs, doing routine blood work, and helping care for the pet in all phases of its stay with us.

Receptionists

Our receptionists are here to assist you with scheduling and to answer your questions. They will always provide a helping hand and a warm smile. They represent the compassion and caring of everyone here. We have been fortunate to have many of our receptionists for many years.

Pet Care Attendants

Spending time with your pet during their stay and creating a comfortable environment are their primary goals. These animal lovers make sure your pet is clean, fed and comfortable (both physically and emotionally) during his/her time away from you. They are your pet's constant companions, as they love their job and enjoy every day what they do.
