Pharmacy

Brewer Veterinary Clinic offers several ways for our clients to fill their pet's prescriptions.  In addition to our in house pharmacy, we now offer an on line pharmacy ordering option and can call in prescriptions to specialty pharmacies if needed.

Our pharmacy is a vital part of our practice.  It provides our clients and their pets with the latest technology, convenience, and the right medications - all at a competitive price.  Revenue from our pharmacy allows us to purchase the latest equipment and pay for our caring, dedicated staff of professionals.

  • In House Pharmacy
We have a fully stocked in house pharmacy which offers a wide variety of medications from antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, ear and eye medications, shampoos, flea and tick control and heartworm preventative.

  • Written/Phone In Pharmacy
Some of the medications that we may prescribe for your pet are available at human pharmacies.  For your convenience, we can give you a written script or call in a prescription to your local pharmacy.

  • Specialty Pharmacies
Some medications need to be compounded or specially formulated for pets and sometimes can be flavored to make it easier to give to them.  There are several specialty pharmacies that we recommend and use frequently.

  • On-line Ordering (click here)
We also have an online  pharmacy so you can e-mail your prescription refill request to us.  For your convenience, you can also have your products mailed directly to you for a small mailing fee. Some owners choose to use Online Pet Internet Pharmacies.  We caution you to research the pharmacy carefully.  Please visit this information page published by the FDA entitled "Purchasing Pet Drugs Online:  Buyer Beware" at:
